Doula Care Packages
My doula packages have been created to give you the best standard of care. If these don’t work for you, I am happy to create a personalised package that provides you with all the support you need.
I cover East London, North London, West London, South London and Central London.
This is our chemistry call… time to chat about you and your pregnancy, and any fears you may have. We will get to know each other, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how can I support you in this magical journey (30min – free of charge)
Our first chat - Free consultation
1 antenatal session around 26-28 weeks to talk about your thoughts and birth wishes, and any questions you may have (2hrs)
1 antenatal session around 34-36 weeks to discuss the physiology of birth and cover all aspects of labour, birth and bringing a baby home (2hrs)
In the antenatal sessions we will cover the following topics: physiology of birth (hormones and the role of fear), stages of labour and how your partner can support you, coping mechanisms (medicated and non medicated pain relief), birth positions and breathing techniques, choosing your place of births (pros and considerations), how to navigate the modern medical system (most common interventions and how to make informed decisions), preparing for different scenarios (complications) including an emergency c-section
I will guide you on how to write your birth plan as well as making sure your hospital bag is ready to go and you have what you need for your baby’s arrival and postpartum selfcare
Continuity of care throughout pregnancy (unlimited calls, whatsapp’s, emails). I will signpost you to evidence-based research and connect you with experts if needed.
